Applications of BBa_J100098

We measured the fluorescence and absorption of our sample using a Synergy machine. We had a positive control sample, an experimental sample, 2 ligation samples using a large colony, one with the inducer and one without, and lastly 2 more ligation samples using a small colony, one with the inducer and one without. We found the average values of absorption and fluorescence of each sample. Then we subtracted the average absorption of the medium from each average absorption. Then we subtracted the average fluorescence of the medium from each average fluorescence. Lastly, we divided the fixed average of fluorescence by the fixed average of absorption in corresponding samples. The chart attached reflects these ratios.
